The Dow Jones Industrial Average is climbing Monday afternoon with shares of Caterpillar and Boeing seeing positive momentum for the price-weighted average. Shares of Caterpillar
have contributed to the index’s intraday rally, as the Dow
is trading 200 points, or 0.6%, higher. Caterpillar’s shares are up $4.54, or 1.9%, while those of Boeing are up $3.70, or 1.9%, combining for a roughly 54-point bump for the Dow. JPMorgan Chase
are also contributing significantly to the gain. A $1 move in any of the Dow’s 30 components equates to a 6.59-point swing.
