Two Meals A Day

Similar to intermittent fasting for weight management, Ram’s meal is structured to help the body burn those stored fats.

The actor takes his first round of meals around 10:30 am, and the second round of meals is placed on the table around 6:30 pm.

No Snacking In Between

There’s no snacking in between the meals for Ram, and especially after 6:30 pm, except for water, coffee or tea, he says in an interview.

Change Your Mindset

Interestingly, Ram outlines that changing the way you think, the mindset, is an important key to reducing weight.

“Instead of dieting, you need to change your mindset,” he explained. “There are two kinds of people. Healthy people think differently their lifestyle and habits are different. You need to become like that for a lifetime. Once that shift happens, overall fitness becomes your priority.”
