WMDT – The classic prequel to the Wizard of Oz known as Wicked is officially out in theaters today!
It’s a magical time of year so planet fitness trainer Jeremy Smoot has created a wicked inspired routine.
This epic routine is filled with jumps and skips so it will make you feel like you are truly defying gravity.
The routine features a lot of resistance such as Dumbbell squats, Dumbbell lunges, push-ups, and burpees.
