Situated at 1927 Church Street, this single-family residence, consisting of two bedrooms and one bathroom, was sold in August for a price of $195,000, translating to $185 per square foot. For a price tag of $168,000 ($86 per square foot), the triplex, built in 1900 and located at 329 Walnut Street changed hands in August. The home spans 1,944 square feet of living area, with four bedrooms and two baths. The property comprises a 3,920-square-foot lot. The deal was finalized on Aug. 16.
7. $107K, 3 bedrooms / 1 bathroom
This single-family house, featuring three bedrooms and one bath, underwent a change of ownership in August. Located at 305 Guilford Street, the home spans 1,552 square feet and was sold for $107,000, or $69 per square foot. The property sits on a lot measuring 3,049 square feet, and it was built in 1910. The deal was finalized on Aug. 13.
