DOW UPDATE
Dragged down by losses for shares of Walmart and Intel, the Dow Jones Industrial Average is trading down Wednesday afternoon. The Dow was most recently trading 152 points, or 0.5%, lower, as shares of Walmart and Intel are contributing to the index’s intraday decline. Walmart’s shares have fallen $4.29, or 2.9%, while those of Intel have fallen $0.71, or 2.7%, combining for a roughly 33-point drag on the Dow. Other components contributing significantly to the decline include Caterpillar JPMorgan Chase and Cisco A $1 move in any one of the 30 components of the index results in a 6.59-point swing.
