After making progress in her weight loss journey, The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Dolores Catania is ready to get back in even better shape.
“Well, I’m up five pounds, so I’m at 135 right now because I was in Napa for a week,” Catania, 53, exclusively shared with Us Weekly on November 18 while promoting her recent Renuvion treatment. “No one should go there for a week. That’s a four-day stay. Do not go longer than that. Otherwise, you come back like a blimp.”
The Bravo star also traveled to Portugal, Spain and South Africa making it difficult to follow a strict diet or workout regimen.

“Since I had my first summer off in eight years,” she said as the future of RHONJ remains in question, “I decided to catch up on the traveling and spend time with my family that I haven’t done in so long.”

Back in May, Catania said she was down to her “high school weight” of 130 pounds. Five months later, the mother of two chose to get Renuvion, a minimally invasive body contouring treatment that targets loose skin at the source.
“I am not one to hide from my insecurities,” Catania wrote via Instagram when describing the procedure in a sponsored post. “For me, that is the loose skin around my knees. I am so excited to finally find the perfect partner that can help me to lose the loose skin.”

Healed from the treatment, Catania said she is now more determined than ever to lose the extra weight she gained over time.
“There’s no quick fix for anything,” she told Us. “Yeah, Renuvion does its job, but also you have a job to do too, and that’s to be fit and move and do whatever it is you like. Whether it’s Pilates, there’s always something you could find to keep yourself active and healthy.”
As she eagerly waits to see the full results of her Renuvion treatment in February 2025, Catania said she is feeling more confident in her body as she prepares to say goodbye to 2024.

With New Year’s resolutions right around the corner, Catania’s thought process is to not go overboard with goals. Instead, it’s all about taking small steps that could lead to a big difference.
“I don’t want to do CrossFit,” she told Us. “Now it’s time to be more fit, whether it’s walking or yoga or Pilates or something to keep your bones strong and keep going like that. You always have to be working on yourself — always. And then of course, my procedures.”
