Here are some of the biggest movers in U.S. stocks Friday:

Stock gainers:

Tesla Inc. and General Motors Co. stock rose 5.8% and 3.8%, respectively after the automakers said owners of GM’s electric vehicles will have access to Tesla’s fast-charging network in North America starting next year.
