On her feet, Alison wore some funky, brightly-coloured trainers in blue, green and orange hues.
The beloved TV presenter could be seen jogging at a medium pace as she worked out and moved her body.
Her slim legs could be seen as she jogged, with her more svelte frame visible for all to see.
Alison previously dished on the details of her weight loss success when she revealed how she did it.
She said that she exercised with the help of a personal trainer and changed her diet.
Despite Ozempic being a popular weight loss route for many, this did not appeal to Alison, whose late mum, Maria had Type 2 diabetes.
She said: “For me, as soon as I hear any scare story, I get frightened.
“So I haven’t wanted to use them, but that’s not to say I wouldn’t in the future, and I certainly wouldn’t look down on anyone who did.
“My mum had type 2 diabetes and she was worried for me, so when I then found out that I was pre-diabetic, that was frightening.
“I thought ‘I have to be an adult about this’. The sweets had to stop – and the fatty foods.
