Comedian and actor Kapil Sharma has stunned fans with his dramatic weight loss, shedding 11 kilograms in just 63 days. His transformation, which he attributes to the ‘21-21-21 rule’, has sparked widespread curiosity about his fitness journey.

Kapil’s fitness coach revealed that the 21-21-21 formula is a simple yet effective approach focusing on consistency and discipline. 

What Does The Rule Involve?

21 minutes of strength training

21 minutes of cardio or HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)
21 minutes of stretching, mobility, and breathing exercises

This holistic 63-minute workout, performed daily, reportedly helped Kapil burn fat while improving flexibility and endurance.

In addition to the workout regimen, Kapil adopted a calorie-deficit diet with high protein and fiber, avoiding refined sugars and processed foods. His meals emphasized seasonal vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats, ensuring sustainable weight loss without compromising energy levels.

Hydration and sleep were also critical. The coach insisted on at least 3 liters of water daily and a minimum of 7 hours of sleep to optimize recovery and metabolism.
