Stocks to Watch Today (October 20, 2025): Indian markets are set for a busy session on Monday, October 20, with multiple corporate actions, earnings announcements, and key global cues expected to drive sentiment.

Fortis Malar Hospitals

IHH Healthcare’s open offer for Fortis Malar Hospitals opens today and will remain active till November 4. The floor price for the offer is set at Rs 17.6 per share.

The open offer by IHH Healthcare for Fortis Hospitals also opens today, October 20, and will close on November 4. The floor price has been fixed at Rs 170 per share.

Oberoi Realty

The company’s stock will trade ex-dividend today for an interim dividend of Rs 2 per share.

Tech Mahindra

Tech Mahindra’s shares will trade ex-dividend today for an interim dividend of Rs 15 per share.

Global Watch: China Data

Investors will keep an eye on China’s Q3 GDP, industrial production, and September retail sales data expected today.

Midwest’s initial public offering has closed with strong subscription numbers. The issue was subscribed a total of 87.89 times, with QIBs at 139.87 times, NIIs at 168.07 times, and retail investors at 24.26 times.

HDFC Bank

HDFC Bank reported a strong Q2FY26 performance, beating estimates. NII stood at Rs 31,552 crore, up 4.7 per cent YoY. PAT rose 11 per cent to Rs 18,641 crore. Provisions came in at Rs 3,500 crore, down 75 per cent QoQ. GNPA improved to 1.24 per cent and NNPA to 0.42 per cent.

ICICI Bank

ICICI Bank also beat estimates in Q2FY26. NII grew 7 per cent YoY to Rs 21,529 crore, while PAT increased 5 per cent to Rs 12,359 crore. Provisions dropped 25 per cent YoY to Rs 914 crore. Asset quality improved with GNPA at 1.6 per cent and NNPA at 0.39 per cent.

Ultratech Cement

Ultratech Cement delivered strong Q2FY26 results. Revenue rose 15 per cent to Rs 19,607 crore, PAT jumped 75 per cent to Rs 1,238 crore, and EBITDA surged 52 per cent to Rs 3,095 crore. The company’s margins improved to 16 per cent.

RBL Bank

RBL Bank’s Q2FY26 results were better than expected. NII stood at Rs 1,520 crore, PAT at Rs 178 crore. GNPA fell to 2.3 per cent, while NNPA stood at 0.6 per cent. NIM declined to 4.51 per cent. Emirates NBD Bank will acquire a 60 per cent stake for about Rs 26,853 crore at Rs 280 per share, along with a 26 per cent open offer. Employee unions have protested the move.

IndusInd Bank

IndusInd Bank posted mixed results for Q2FY26. The bank reported a loss of Rs 437 crore compared to a profit of Rs 1,331 crore last year. Provisions rose 44 per cent YoY to Rs 2,631 crore. GNPA and NNPA stood at 3.6 per cent and 1.04 per cent, respectively.

AU Small Finance Bank

AU Small Finance Bank reported better-than-expected numbers. NII rose 8 per cent YoY to Rs 2,144 crore, and PAT came in at Rs 561 crore. GNPA stood at 2.4 per cent and NNPA remained flat at 0.9 per cent.

Bank of India

Bank of India posted mixed Q2FY26 results. NII came in at Rs 5,914 crore, down 1 per cent YoY, while PAT increased 7.5 per cent to Rs 2,554 crore. GNPA improved to 2.54 per cent and NNPA to 0.65 per cent.

Federal Bank

Federal Bank reported a better-than-estimated quarter. NII rose 5 per cent YoY to Rs 2,494 crore and PAT stood at Rs 955 crore. GNPA declined to 1.83 per cent and NNPA was steady at 0.5 per cent. The bank will consider fund-raising via QIP or rights issue on October 24.

IDFC First Bank

IDFC First Bank reported good results for Q2FY26. NII increased 7 per cent YoY to Rs 5,112 crore and PAT surged 75 per cent to Rs 352 crore. GNPA stood at 1.87 per cent and NNPA at 0.5 per cent.

Yes Bank

Yes Bank reported a strong Q2FY26. NII rose 5 per cent to Rs 2,301 crore and PAT grew 18 per cent to Rs 654 crore. GNPA and NNPA remained stable at 1.6 per cent and 0.3 per cent respectively.

Punjab National Bank

PNB delivered better-than-expected results. PAT rose 14 per cent YoY to Rs 4,903 crore, while NII was marginally down at Rs 10,469 crore. GNPA improved to 3.4 per cent and NNPA to 0.3 per cent.

Tata Technologies

Tata Technologies reported a mixed performance. Revenue rose 6.4 per cent to Rs 1,323 crore, while PAT declined 2.6 per cent to Rs 165.5 crore. The company expects challenges in Q3 but improvement in Q4.

Oracle Financial Services Software (OFSS)

OFSS posted weak Q2FY26 results. Revenue declined 3.4 per cent to Rs 1,789 crore and PAT fell 15 per cent to Rs 546 crore. The company announced an interim dividend of Rs 130 per share.

JSW Energy

JSW Energy posted mixed results. Revenue rose 60 per cent YoY to Rs 5,177 crore, but PAT declined 17 per cent to Rs 705 crore. The company commissioned its 240 MW Kutehr Hydroelectric Project and added 443 MW organic renewable capacity during the quarter.

REC Ltd

REC reported a strong Q2FY26. NII increased 9.6 per cent YoY to Rs 5,445 crore, while PAT rose 11 per cent to Rs 4,426 crore. The company declared a second interim dividend of Rs 4.6 per share.

Hyundai Motor India

On Dhanteras, Hyundai expects to deliver about 14,000 cars, up 20 per cent from last year.

Maruti Suzuki

Maruti Suzuki expects over 50,000 car deliveries this Dhanteras, with 41,000 planned for Saturday and another 10,000 on Sunday.

Tata Motors

Tata Motors anticipates delivering around 25,000 cars during the Dhanteras period.

InterGlobe Aviation

IndiGo has signed a contract with Airbus for 30 additional A350-900 aircraft, following an MoU signed at the IATA AGM in June 2025.

The company secured three new orders worth Rs 1,772 crore.

The company will consider raising up to Rs 1,000 crore via NCDs through private placement in its board meeting on October 28.
