Stocks to Watch Today (November 4, 2025): Indian markets are expected to see stock-specific action on Tuesday, November 4, as several major companies announce quarterly results, fundraise plans, and key business developments.

Titan Company

Titan posted a strong Q2FY26 with revenue rising 25.1 per cent YoY to Rs 16,534 crore (est: Rs 14,930 crore). EBITDA jumped 43 per cent to Rs 1,620 crore, while PAT rose 43 per cent to Rs 1,006 crore.

Margins came in at 9.8 per cent (est: 11.2 per cent). Jewellery sales grew 21 per cent, aided by early festive demand. The company guided for double-digit growth and global expansion through the Damas Jewellery acquisition.

Bharti Airtel

The telecom major reported better-than-expected results on most parameters. Revenue rose 5.4 per cent QoQ to Rs 52,145 crore, while EBITDA increased 6.2 per cent to Rs 29,561 crore. PAT grew 14.2 per cent to Rs 6,792 crore but missed estimates slightly. ARPU improved to Rs 256. The company announced plans to raise its stake in Indus Towers by 5 per cent to 56 per cent.

Power Grid Corporation

Weak performance with revenue at Rs 10,000 crore (down 2.5 per cent QoQ) and PAT falling 4.2 per cent to Rs 3,555 crore. The firm also announced plans to raise Rs 6,000 crore via unsecured rupee term loan from SBI.

Hitachi Energy

Reported strong operational performance with revenue up 18 per cent to Rs 1,832 crore and PAT up 405 per cent YoY to Rs 264 crore. EBITDA margins expanded sharply to 16.3 per cent. Order book rose 13.6 per cent YoY to Rs 29,412 crore.

City Union Bank

Reported healthy growth with PAT up 15 per cent YoY to Rs 328 crore and NII rising 18 per cent. GNPA improved to 2.4 per cent from 2.9 per cent.

Arvind SmartSpaces

Weak quarter as revenue fell 47 per cent YoY to Rs 140 crore and PAT dropped 66 per cent to Rs 14 crore.

Gallant Ispat and Godfrey Phillips

Both reported good results. Gallant Ispat’s PAT rose 83 per cent YoY to Rs 88 crore, while Godfrey Phillips’ profit increased 23 per cent to Rs 305 crore.

IG Petrochemicals

Turned loss-making with a Rs 2 crore loss versus Rs 26 crore profit last year. The company approved Rs 100 crore investment in subsidiary IG Biofuels to set up a CBG plant.

JK Paper

PAT down 42.6 per cent YoY to Rs 74 crore.

Max Estates

PAT jumped 240 per cent YoY to Rs 7.3 crore.

Bharti Hexacom

PAT up 7 per cent QoQ to Rs 421 crore.

Websol Energy

Revenue up 17 per cent YoY to Rs 168 crore.

Hero MotoCorp

October sales came slightly below estimates at 6,35,808 units (est: 6,40,000). Domestic sales fell 7 per cent YoY to 6,04,829 units, while exports rose 42 per cent to 30,979 units.

Vodafone Idea

Denied reports of a $6 billion investment by a US PE firm; clarified no such proposal under board consideration.

Cipla

To acquire 100 per cent stake in Inzpera Healthsciences for Rs 110 crore, expanding its pediatric segment.

Akum Drugs

Received a 20-year patent for a dual-release PPI tablet for gas treatment.
