Stocks to Watch Today (November 18, 2025): Stocks Markets are likely to track a heavy line-up of block deals, sector updates and corporate announcements today. Key transactions involving Mphasis, Paytm and Emcure Pharma, along with developments from AstraZeneca, Sun Pharma, MGL and TVS Motor, are expected to influence early trade.

Mphasis

A block deal of Rs 4,626 crore is expected today. Promoter group Blackstone may sell up to 9.5 per cent stake at a floor price of Rs 2,570 per share, a 4 per cent discount. Blackstone currently holds 40.1 per cent. A 60-day lock-up applies on further sales. The company said last night it is not a party to this transaction.

Paytm

A Rs 1,640 crore block deal is likely today. Elevation Capital (formerly Saif Partners) may sell 2 per cent stake at a floor price of Rs 1,281 per share, a 3.9 per cent discount. The fund currently holds 15.33 per cent, with a 60-day lock-up on additional sales.

Emcure Pharma

A block deal worth Rs 493 crore is expected. BC Investments, a Bain Capital entity, may sell up to 2 per cent stake at a floor price of Rs 1,296.5 per share, a 7 per cent discount. The investor currently owns 6.3 per cent. A 90-day lock-in applies for further divestment.

AstraZeneca / Sun Pharma

AstraZeneca and Sun Pharma have entered into an agreement to distribute SZC powder (Sodium Zirconium Cyclosilicate) in India. The treatment is used for managing hyperkalaemia. Both companies will market the product under separate brand names, while AstraZeneca retains import and marketing rights for the molecule.

MGL

CNG supply has resumed across impacted regions in Mumbai. Of the 389 CNG stations, 225 are currently operational. Full restoration is expected by afternoon. Supply was disrupted after a damaged GAIL pipeline affected gas flow at the RCF compound.

TVS Motor Company

TVS Motor has launched the TVS Apache RTR 180 in Kenya, strengthening its premium motorcycle portfolio across East Africa.

Hyundai Motors India

Hyundai Motor India will offer special car-servicing benefits until 2 December.

Welspun Investments

Welspun Investments and Commercial Ltd will move from the T2T segment to the rolling segment.

Torrent Pharma open offer opens today
