Stocks to Watch Today (November 28, 2025): Indian markets are likely to see stock-specific action today as companies announce results, bonus listings, regulatory developments, large orders and corporate deals. Here are the key stocks in focus.

Advent Hotels

The company will declare quarterly results.

Authum Investment & Infrastructure

The board will meet to consider a bonus share issue.

Patel Engineering

The board will meet to finalise rights issue terms.

HDFC AMC

A total of 21.4 crore bonus shares issued under the 1:1 bonus issue will be listed today.

Thyrocare Technologies (Ex-date)

The stock will trade ex-bonus for a 2:1 bonus issue (two bonus shares for every one share held).

Bandhan Bank

The bank has approved the sale of its NPA and written-off loan portfolio through a bidding process.
It will sell:

– Rs 3,212.17 crore NPA portfolio
– Rs 3,719.14 crore written-off loans through auction
– The sale will follow the Swiss Challenge method and be open to ARCs and permitted transferees.

Zydus Lifesciences

The company has received tentative USFDA approval for Empagliflozin & Linagliptin tablets (10 mg/5 mg and 25 mg/5 mg). These are generics of Glyxambi, used for diabetes treatment. Annual US sales: Rs 1,922 crore.

Wipro

Wipro has signed a multi-year deal with Odido Netherlands B.V for AI-enabled end-to-end IT modernisation. The deal aims to transform customer experience across enterprise and consumer segments.

Intellect Design Arena

The company has launched PF Credit in the Philippines. The Purple Fabric-based digital solution helps banks scale lending operations.

Bombay Dyeing

The company will temporarily shut its Patalganga plant from 28 November to 18 December for maintenance. Estimated production loss: 7,500 MT. The company says it has adequate polyester staple fibre inventory.

Refex Industries

The company has received a Rs 100 crore order from a large business group for excavation, loading and transportation of pond ash/bottom ash. The order must be completed in four months.

Voltamp Transformers

The company has secured an Rs 85.05 crore order from Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation for supply of transformers. Delivery timeline: six months.

Global Health Ltd

The company has opened a 550-bed hospital in Noida with more than 200 doctors across 25+ specialties.

Tamilnad Mercantile Bank

The bank has launched a new digital platform called Finnone Neo to speed up loan processing and approvals.

Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels

The company has inaugurated a new 42-room ‘Zone by The Park’ hotel in New Market, Kolkata.

Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd (RVNL)

RVNL has received a Rs 9.64 crore LoA from East Coast Railway for supply, installation and commissioning of an IP-based video surveillance system.

Emcure Pharmaceuticals

The GST department conducted a search at the company’s Mumbai office from 24–26 November. The company said operations remain unaffected.
