Stocks To Watch Today, (December 15, 2025): Indian equities are likely to remain stock-specific on Monday, December 15, amid key regulatory developments, board meetings, fund-raising outcomes and fresh order wins. Insurance, auto, infrastructure, defence, pharma and IT stocks are expected to be in focus during the session.

Insurance sector

Insurance stocks will be tracked as the Insurance Amendment Bill is scheduled to be tabled in Parliament. The bill is expected to bring changes to foreign investment limits and capital norms for insurers.

Mahindra and Mahindra

Mahindra and Mahindra will be in focus as pre-bookings for the Mahindra XUV 7XO SUV are set to begin. The launch is expected to support the company’s SUV pipeline in the domestic market.

CanFin Homes

CanFin Homes will consider an interim dividend at its board meeting today. Investors will watch for payout clarity and record date details.

Matrimony.com

Matrimony’s board will meet to consider a proposal for the buyback of shares. The decision could impact shareholder returns and capital allocation.

InterGlobe Aviation (IndiGo)

InterGlobe Aviation said it will pay compensation of over Rs 500 crore to passengers impacted by the crisis between December 3 and 5. The compensation will be paid to passengers whose flights were cancelled within 24 hours of departure.

Swiggy

Swiggy closed its qualified institutional placement on Friday. The issue price was fixed at around Rs 375 per share, at a 10 per cent discount to the current market price. The company raised Rs 10,000 crore through the QIP and allotted shares to 61 investors.

Key investors include ICICI Prudential MF, HDFC MF, GIC, BlackRock, Nomura Asset Management, Temasek, Fidelity and Goldman Sachs Asset Management. The funds will be used for quick commerce expansion, cloud infrastructure and inorganic acquisitions.

Ashoka Buildcon

Ashoka Buildcon said its joint venture with Aakshya Infra Projects received an order worth about Rs 1,042 crore. The order was awarded by BMC, Mumbai, for flyover construction.

KEC International

KEC International secured new orders worth around Rs 1,150 crore in India. The orders include transmission lines, substations and civil works for thermal power plants.

Bharat Electronics

Bharat Electronics received additional orders worth Rs 776 crore. These orders were received after November 14, 2025.

ESAF Small Finance Bank

The board approved the sale of bad loans worth up to Rs 1,700 crore to asset reconstruction companies. The move is aimed at reducing non-performing assets.

Astra Microwave Products

Astra Microwave received an order worth Rs 124 crore from its JV, Astra Rafael Comsys. The order is for the supply of SDR modules, cable assemblies and antennas.

NLC India

NLC India received an order from NCRTC to set up a 110 MW (AC) grid-connected solar power project in Uttar Pradesh. NCRTC stands for National Capital Region Transport Corporation.

Biocon

Biocon entered into a settlement and licensing agreement with Regeneron and Bayer. The agreement enables global commercialisation of its Aflibercept biosimilar ‘YESAFILI’. The drug can be launched in the UK from January 2026 and in other markets from March 2026. YESAFILI is used to treat multiple eye-related diseases.

Dr Reddy’s Laboratories

The US FDA conducted a GMP and pre-approval inspection at the company’s Srikakulam plant in Andhra Pradesh. The inspection was held between December 4 and 12. The regulator issued a Form 483 with five observations.

Aurobindo Pharma

US FDA inspected Aurobindo’s subsidiary Apitoria Pharma’s Unit-V in Telangana. The inspection took place between December 1 and 12. The regulator issued a Form 483 with three observations.

Narayana Hrudalaya

The board approved the demerger of its clinical services business into NH Integrated Care. The unit operates 10 clinics in Bengaluru. The business contributes about 1.11 per cent to standalone income.

The demerged entity will remain a wholly owned subsidiary and will not be listed. The move is aimed at driving growth in a niche healthcare segment.

Caplin Point Laboratories

Colombian regulator INVIMA completed an inspection at the company’s injectable facility in Puducherry. The inspection was conducted between December 8 and 12.

Godawari Power and Ispat

The company’s subsidiary Godawari New Energy will expand its BESS project capacity. The capacity will be increased from 10 GWh to 40 GWh. The company will invest about Rs 925 crore in two phases.

SMS Pharmaceuticals

US FDA completed an inspection at the company’s API manufacturing facility in Visakhapatnam. The inspection was conducted between December 8 and 12. The regulator issued one minor observation under Form 483.

Wipro

Wipro entered into a three-year strategic partnership with Microsoft. The deal focuses on transforming enterprises into frontier firms. Wipro also expanded its strategic partnership with Google Cloud. The collaboration will focus on advanced enterprise productivity solutions.

Tata Motors

US regulator NHTSA initiated a preliminary probe into 29,688 Jaguar Land Rover vehicles. The probe relates to improperly stitched seat belts. NHTSA stands for the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.

Brigade Enterprises

The income tax department conducted a survey at the company’s offices between December 9 and 13. The company said it fully cooperated with authorities. The financial impact is yet to be assessed.

Refex Industries

The income tax department completed a search operation at Refex Group between December 9 and 13. The company said operations are running normally. No adverse findings or notices have been received so far.

Lemon Tree Hotels

Lemon Tree Hotels signed a franchise agreement for a 47-room hotel in Kartarpur, Punjab. The company also launched its 11th hotel in Gurugram, Haryana. The hotel will be developed in two phases with a total capacity of 246 rooms.

The first phase with 151 rooms has already opened.
