The global economy is not going through its best moment, and inflation, the problems derived from the various active wars and the situation of the markets do not allow some countries to recover. However, the reasons that have led to this situation can be very diverse and some experts defend the theory that this is a calculated strategy.

Economist Jose Luis Cava, in an interview published on Aladetres’ account, explains clearly and forcefully what is happening today. “The first thing a person who faces the markets must learn is that we are at this moment, in the world economy, in a pyramid scheme,” he says.

The US is at the forefront of economic problems: “The dollar and the US bond are trash”

“Governments do not control public spending for many reasons: firstly because of military issues, war; this is going to mean that defence spending will skyrocket,” says the expert, adding that the sector derived from this type of issue is the one that is on an “upward trend on Wall Street”.

This type of spending, coupled with an aging population and the need for politicians to stay in power, results in: “There will not be a single politician who wants to cut public spending,” he says. “We are seeing it now with Trump, who is passing a new law, he is going to lower taxes. Neither he nor Biden have managed to reduce public spending,” he adds.

Cava believes that, since this has led to serious financial problems for the United States, “the dollar and the US bond are garbage”. The expert considers that behind currencies such as the dollar or the euro “there is nothing, only the faith that citizens have in the paper”: “They are worth nothing”.
