He just released the book “Build Real Estate Wealth: Enjoy the Journey of Rental Property Investment” and was at Penn State Behrend for a real estate symposium on Thursday sharing advice he said can change lives and finances.

“My book is about adding real estate to what might already be a really busy life or taking it all the way to where you have enough income to be able to quit a job,” said Joel Miller, Best-selling author.
Miller said the key to building wealth is using the money you make to help make a better world.
