Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles real estate agent Josh Flagg has just expanded his real estate portfolio.
According to TMZ, Josh is currently under contract for a $14 million house once reportedly owned by musician Charlie Puth. The 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom house is located in the Trousdale Estates neighborhood in Beverly Hills. The midcentury modern home was built in 1965, but was “meticulously renovated,” keeping the vintage charm while giving it a very modern finish.
Of course, Josh is no stranger to buying vintage homes and making real estate transactions. In Season 15 of MDLLA, Josh purchased a $9.2 million house, sight unseen, on Bedford Drive in Beverly Hills as it was his childhood dream home. But, when Josh entered the home, he found that it was completely dilapidated inside. Josh then decided to build on the “three to four year project.”
He noted at the time: “With that said, going out and looking at several houses that are done and realizing that none of them give me what I want, I think to myself, ‘Yeah, it’s really annoying to build a house. But this is literally one of the most beautiful homes in the flats of Beverly Hills.’ Do I really want to buy something else or get rid of this?”
In an interview with The Daily Dish in July, Josh explained that buying the home was “probably not the most intelligent thing, but I love that house.” However, he did share his future plans for the property as well.
“I’m probably gonna buy another house — a done house,” he explained. “I’ll probably keep the house on Bedford and then I’ll build that. And then when I’m done with that, I’ll either move into one or I’ll sell it — sell it for space.”

As previously stated, Josh has been also very busy with selling homes, too. Josh recently became the listing agent of a contemporary Trousdale Estates home listed at $10 million, loaded with artwork and plenty of space indoors and outdoors for entertaining.
Shortly after the MDLLA Season 15 finale aired, Josh gave The Daily Dish a major update on his career. “I currently have some incredible listings, including Casa Encantada, listed for $195 million, which is the most expensive home in the United States,” he explained. “I just sold Judy Garland’s former home. I have exciting upcoming listings.”
