90 Day Fiancé star Thaís Ramone showed off her post-baby weight loss journey 2 years after she gave birth.

Thaís, 26, took to Instagram on Wednesday, November 20, to share a video that showed her thought process after she gave birth to baby No. 1, daughter Alessi, in November 2022. “You will never have your body back after pregnancy HAHA,” text on screen read as Thaís was seen looking in a mirror and taking a sip from a mug.

While posing in a black bra and shorts, she spun around to show off her curves from several angles as she revealed her figure after she gave birth in 2022.

The clip then cut to the present day, and Thaís flaunted her thinner figure while wearing a red bikini. The TLC personality appeared much happier in the second clip, which showed her smiling as she shimmied in the bikini.

“That’s what they told me,” she captioned the clip, referencing the comments she received at the beginning of her weight loss journey.

Shortly after Thaís shared the clip, several fans rushed to the comments section to applaud her for her hard work. “Looking even better,” one person commented. Another added, “You go girl!!! Chasing around a toddler is a whole work out.”

Fellow 90 Day Fiancé star Ashley Michelle added, “YOU DID THAT QUEEN!!! You look amazing!”

While some critics accused her of maintaining her figure by going under the knife, Thaís clapped back in the comments section by insisting that she had minimal work done. “I have no plastic surgery, no lipo anything in my body besides silicone,” she told her critics.

Thaís and her husband, Patrick Mendes, became parents when they welcomed Alessi in November 2022. “We are overwhelmed with love for our baby girl, Aleesi!” they told Us Weekly at the time. “As first-time parents, we were nervous going into delivery, but we are blessed to have a healthy baby and she is perfect in every way.”

The couple met when Patrick, 33, traveled to Thaís’ native Brazil to reconnect with his retired father. During his trip abroad, Patrick changed his location on his dating apps and they matched.

“I was kinda like, ‘Man, I hope this girl’s real … like, please be real,’” Patrick previously said about matching with the model during season 9 of the flagship show.

After they hit it off, Patrick booked multiple trips to Brazil so that he could visit Thaís and they started talking about getting married.

Despite facing several issues in their relationship – including Thaís’ father not approving of Patrick – the duo got married on February 22, 2022.

Fans watched the couple wed during season 9, and they announced that they were expecting their first child together ahead of the season’s tell-all.

“We are so excited to announce we are having our first baby!” Thaís and Patrick told People in August 2022. “We can’t wait to be parents and we are grateful to have the love and support of everyone that’s been a part of our journey!”
