India is preparing for a robust showing at the upcoming World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos. Prominent figures such as Union Ministers Ashwini Vaishnaw, Shivraj Singh Chouhan, and Pralhad Joshi will be flanked by five chief ministers, including Devendra Fadnavis and N Chandrababu Naidu, underscoring India’s commitment to this influential gathering.

The event, slated for January 18-24, 2026, will also see the participation of over 100 leading Indian CEOs. Major business personalities like Mukesh Ambani, N Chandrasekaran, and Nandan Nilekani will join a global cohort of nearly 3,000 leaders from 130 countries, aiming to tackle pressing world issues through collaboration.

This year’s forum, themed ‘a spirit of dialogue’, focuses on fostering cooperation in a more contested world, harnessing growth, and advancing innovation. Key international attendees include leaders from the World Bank, IMF, and WHO, along with dignitaries from G7, G20, and BRICS nations.
