NSW will seek to replicate its model for accelerating housing delivery with a new Investment Delivery Authority to speed up major projects in all industries, including advanced technology and energy.

It also allocates $80 million to deliver the innovation blueprint, including a $20 million emerging technology commercialisation fund.
