Shadowfax Technologies, a third-party logistics (3PL) firm, plans to raise ₹1,000 crore through a fresh issue to fund lease payments, branding and marketing initiatives, and capital expenditure. The company will also raise ₹907.3 crore via an offer for sale, following which the promoter group’s stake will decline to 16.7% from 19.4% post-IPO.
