HDFC Bank shares are expected to remain in focus on Thursday, January 23, after the private lender reported a 2.2% year-on-year increase in standalone net profit for the December quarter, reaching ₹16,736 crore, compared to ₹16,373 crore in the same period last year. The profit, however, missed the Street estimate of ₹17,233 crore.
