Bajaj Auto | The firm reported a 5.9% year-on-year rise in net profit to ₹2,049.3 crore for the March quarter, ahead of CNBC-TV18’s poll estimate of ₹2,002 crore. Revenue for the quarter rose 5.8% to ₹12,148 crore from ₹11,485 crore last year, also beating expectations. Analysts had projected revenue of ₹11,995 crore.

SJVN | State-owned company reported a net loss of ₹127.7 crore for the fourth quarter that ended March 31, 2025. In the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, SJVN posted a net profit of ₹61 crore. The company’s revenue from operations increased 4.5% to ₹504.4 crore as against ₹482.9 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding fiscal.

NBCC | State-owned firm reported a 29.4% year-on-year (YoY) jump in net profit at ₹176 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025, up from ₹136 crore in Q4FY24. Revenue increased 16.2% to ₹4,642.5 crore against ₹3,996.3 a year ago. At the operating level, EBITDA grew 19.3% YoY to ₹290 crore versus ₹243.2 crore. The EBITDA margin stood at 6.25%, compared to 6.09% in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal.

MSTC | The company reported a rise in revenue and margins but a steep drop in its fourth quarter net profit. The state-owned company’s net profit came in at ₹75.5 crore, down 70% year-on-year (YoY) from ₹251 crore in Q4FY24. Revenue from operations increased 9.9% to ₹89 crore against ₹81 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding fiscal.

Gujarat Pipavav Port | The company reported a 70.7% year-on-year jump in fourth-quarter net profit to ₹112.3 crore, aided by improved operational efficiency despite largely flat revenue growth. Revenue from operations rose marginally by 0.2% to ₹251.7 crore for the quarter ended March 31, compared with ₹251.2 crore a year earlier.

Lemon Tree Hotels | The company’s consolidated net profit rose 26.3% year-on-year to ₹84.6 crore, compared to ₹67 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The company’s revenue from operations grew 15.6% to ₹378.5 crore, as against ₹327.3 crore in Q4FY24. EBITDA rose 19% to ₹204 crore from ₹171.5 crore in the year-ago quarter.

Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders | State-run defence PSUs’ numbers for the fourth quarter were dented due to higher expenses. However, the company has surpassed its full-year guidance on the revenue and margins front. For the fourth quarter, Mazagon Dock’s revenue went up by 2.3% to ₹3,174 crore from the ₹3,103 crore it had reported during the same quarter last year. The company’s net profit also halved from the year-ago period to ₹325 crore from ₹662 crore.

Amara Raja | The firm reported a 29.7% year-on-year decline in its fourth-quarter net profit to ₹1.62 billion, hit by margin pressures and higher operating costs. Revenue from operations rose 5.2% to ₹30.60 billion for the quarter ended March 31, from ₹29.08 billion a year earlier. Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) dropped 17% to ₹3.41 billion, while EBITDA margin narrowed to 11.13% from 14.12% a year ago.

Procter & Gamble Health | The company reported a 31.3% year-on-year (YoY) surge in net profit at ₹61.2 crore for the third quarter that ended March 31, 2025, driven by strong brand-building efforts and improved supply chain and go-to-market capabilities. The company had posted a net profit of ₹46.6 crore in Q3FY24. Revenue from operations increased 23.2% YoY to ₹311 crore versus ₹252.2 crore a year ago.

Ola Electric Mobility | The firm’s net loss for the period stood at ₹870 crore, which was wider than the loss of ₹416 crore during the same quarter last year. The figure is also higher than the ₹564 crore loss it had reported in the December quarter. Revenue for the quarter declined by 62% from last year to ₹611 crore. Ola had reported revenue of ₹1,045 crore during the December period.

Wipro | IT company announced the launch of its global Wipro Innovation Network, aimed at supporting collaborative technology development with clients. The initiative will focus on applying advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence and quantum computing, to address industry-wide challenges. The company has also opened a 60,000-square-foot Innovation Lab at its Kodathi campus in Bengaluru. The facility is expected to serve as a space for clients to explore and prototype new solutions.

Sunteck Realty | Real estate developer, announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary has been appointed to develop a residential project on a 2.5-acre land parcel located in Andheri (East), near the Western Express Highway in Mumbai. The company said it expects to generate a free sale component of approximately 2,75,000 square feet from the development and redevelopment of the project.

ICRA | Rating agency reported an 18.5% year-on-year (YoY) surge in net profit at ₹55.7 crore for the fourth quarter that ended March 31, 2025. In the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, ICRA posted a net profit of ₹47 crore. The company’s revenue from operations increased 9.8% YoY to ₹136.3 crore against ₹124 crore.

Sobha | Bengaluru-based real estate developer’s net profit for the quarter increased to ₹40.8 crore from ₹7 crore during the year-ago quarter. Revenue for the March quarter surged by nearly 63% from the same quarter last year to ₹1,240.6 crore. The company had reported ₹762.8 crore revenue for the base quarter. Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) also climbed 51.5% from the year-ago quarter to ₹94 crore from ₹62 crore last year.

Welspun Living | The company reported a mixed set of numbers for the March quarter, with a 9.7% year-on-year decline in net profit to ₹131.8 crore, compared to ₹146 crore in the same period last year. Revenue for the quarter stood at ₹2,646 crore, up 2.7% from ₹2,575.2 crore a year ago. EBITDA fell 12% YoY to ₹316 crore, as against ₹358.6 crore in Q4FY24.

Suzlon Energy | The firm’s net sales for the March quarter increased by 73.2% from the same quarter last year to ₹3,773.5 crore. For the full year, Suzlon Energy’s revenue increased by 67% to ₹10,851 crore. The company’s Earnings Before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortisation (EBITDA) nearly doubled from last year, rising 99% to ₹677 crore from ₹340 crore last year.
