The company’s price band has been revised to 10 per cent from 20 per cent.
Bharti Airtel
A block deal worth Rs 7,100 crore (USD 806 million) is possible today. Promoter entity Indian Continent Investment Ltd may sell up to 0.56 per cent stake at a floor price of Rs 2,097 per share, a 3 per cent discount. It currently holds 1.8 per cent stake in the company.
NCC Limited
The company has received an order worth Rs 2,063 crore from the Public Works (Health & Education) Department of Assam.
The project involves expansion and modernisation of Gauhati Medical College & Hospital and will be completed in 3.5 years.
Zydus Lifesciences
The company has received final USFDA approval for Verapamil Hydrochloride extended-release tablets, used for high blood pressure, stroke and heart-attack prevention. Annual US sales of Verapamil were Rs 218 crore. The drug will be manufactured at the company’s Baddi, Himachal Pradesh facility. Zydus now holds 428 final USFDA approvals.
Zen Technologies
The company has secured a Rs 108 crore order from the Ministry of Defence for tank crew gunnery training simulators.
NELCO Ltd
The company has received GMPCS licence approval from the Department of Telecommunications. This licence allows NELCO to sell VSAT services to other licence holders. The approval is valid for 10 years.
United Breweries
The company has launched Heineken Silver, a mild beer variant, in New Delhi. The product is priced between Rs 155 and Rs 305.
LMW Ltd
The company has signed a non-binding MoU with the Tamil Nadu government. The MoU offers infrastructural and regulatory support for future expansion.
Indraprastha Gas
The company has formed a joint venture with CEID Consultants & Engineering Pvt Ltd for setting up a Compressed Bio Gas plant.
Both firms will hold 50 per cent each.
