Stocks to Watch Today (October 10, 2025): Markets will track a host of corporate announcements and Q2 results today. Several mid- and small-cap names, including Elecon Engineering, GK Energy, Indosolar, and Waaree Renewable Technologies, are set to announce their quarterly earnings.

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company

For September, the insurer reported a new business premium of Rs 17,610 crore versus Rs 17,760 crore month-on-month. Retail APE stood at Rs 7,390 crore, up from Rs 5,910 crore in the previous month.

Mahindra & Mahindra

The automaker reported strong year-on-year growth in September.

– Production rose from 80,179 units to 99,758 units.

– Sales increased from 85,800 units to 97,744 units.

– Exports climbed from 3,094 units to 4,458 units.

Tata Elxsi Q2 FY26

The company posted a profit of Rs 155 crore, slightly above estimates (Rs 154 crore), rising from Rs 144 crore sequentially.
Revenue came in at Rs 918 crore versus Rs 892 crore in Q1.

EBIT improved to Rs 170 crore (from Rs 162 crore), with margins expanding to 18.5%.
Attrition rate rose to 15.4%. The company ended the quarter with 11,951 employees.

TCS

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) also released its Q2 results earlier, reporting a consolidated PAT of Rs 12,075 crore, down 5.4% QoQ.

​TCS also announced the acquisition of ListEngage MidCo, LLC for $72.8 million to enhance its Salesforce capabilities.

Tata Motors

– The auto major has officially split into two entities effective October 1.

– Passenger vehicle business will operate as TMPV (Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Ltd).

– Commercial vehicle business will remain under Tata Motors Ltd.

– Record date for share allotment: October 14.

– TMPV will retain investments in the EV business and Jaguar Land Rover (JLR).

NTPC Green Energy

Subsidiary NTPC Renewable Energy signed an MoU with the Gujarat government to develop solar and wind projects. NThe deal includes solar parks with a cumulative capacity of 10 GW and 5 GW of wind projects.

Afcons Infrastructure

Received a contract worth Rs 576 crore for civil and allied infrastructure works.

Sammaan Capital

The board approved a $450 million bond issuance plan.

Lemon Tree Hotels

Opened a 50-room hotel in Jaipur, marking its 12th property in Rajasthan. The hotel will be managed by its subsidiary Carnation Hotels.

Lloyds Engineering Works

Signed an MoU with FlyFocus Sp. z o.o. to co-develop the Next-Gen UAV “Defender”, a SIGINT drone.

Gujarat Pipavav Port

– Container handling dropped from 179 to 164 TEUs.

– Dry bulk rose from 0.46 Mn MT to 1.05 Mn MT.

– Containers handled by train fell from 118 to 111 TEUs.

Natco Pharma

Received a green light to launch risdiplam in India after Delhi High Court dismissed Swiss firm Roche’s appeal. The company will launch the drug immediately at an MRP of Rs 15,900.

Ramco Systems

Selected by Global Engine Maintenance India for its Ramco Aviation suite to digitalize engine teardown operations.

Board to meet on October 14 to consider fundraising plans via bonds, debentures, NCDs, or equity instruments.

Sri Lotus Developers and Realty

Approved formation of five new subsidiaries with a planned investment of Rs 100 crore to drive expansion.

Corporate actions
