REC Ltd., Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd., Power Grid Corp., Honasa Consumer Ltd. and Gland Pharma Ltd. will be among the stocks that are set to see action going into trade on Thursday.

  • REC: The company proposed to raise funds up to Rs 1.55 lakh crore via Non-Convertible Debentures or NCDs on a private placement basis.

  • Hindustan Aeronautics: The company announced that talks with General Electric about engines for the LCA Mark 2 aircraft are progressing well. The company also stated that it is not negotiating with any other companies for these engines. This clarification came denying recent media reports that suggested otherwise.

  • Power Grid Corp: The company acquired MEL Power Transmission for Rs 8.53 crore.

  • Gland Pharma: The France Medical Regulator reported 11 observations for the unit’s manufacturing facility. The unit is undertaking a corrective and preventive action plan, with no disruption in manufacturing operations.

  • Honasa Consumer: NCLT approved the scheme of amalgamation between Fusion Cosmeceutics and Just4Kids Services with the company.

  • Force Motors: In May, the company saw a year-over-year upick in both domestic and total sales. Domestic sales rose by 24.5% to 3,002 units, while total sales saw a 19.4% rise to stand at 3,088 units. While exports notably declined by 52.2% to 86 units.

  • Newgen Software Technologies: The company received a $2.5 million supply order from an international client. The order includes the supply of the company’s products and its implementation for the customer’s digital transformation across multiple lines of businesses.

  • Sansera Engineering: The company received an order worth Rs 160 crore from Airbus Defence & Space S.A.U.

  • Escorts Kubota: The company launched BLX 75 under its Construction Equipment segment.

  • CESC: The arm signed an agreement with Envision Energy India to supply and commission wind turbine generators.
