Tesla Stock Slides Premarket After Musk's Pay Package Rejected Again By Judge

Shares closed 3.5% higher on Monday at $357.09 but were down 1.6% in Tuesday’s premarket, touching a low of $350.62. A Delaware judge upheld her earlier ruling striking down Musk’s pay package. The judge in January ordered that the package be rescinded, saying the approval process was tainted and lacked transparency.
