Power Connections, an annual premier commercial real estate conference to take place June 24-25 at Huntington Place in downtown Detroit, will feature a speaker lineup that includes Kevin O’Leary of ABC’s “Shark Tank.”

Other speakers include Kofi Bonner, CEO of Bedrock; former U.S. Ambassador John Rakolta Jr., chairman of Walbridge; Bob Riney, president and CEO of Henry Ford Health, Rick Snyder, former Michigan governor and now CEO of SensCy; and Gary Torgow, chairman of Huntington Bank.

Overall, the event will convene hundreds of investors, developers, and dealmakers to shape the future of real estate across the state.

The agenda features 40 speakers over two days of thought-provoking panels, fireside chats, private VIP receptions, curated networking opportunities, a conference app for attendees to schedule meetings with attendees, and a focus on making Michigan more investment friendly.

“This is the place to be if you want to elevate your skills, expand your network and gain insights from commercial real estate industry leaders. I’m thrilled to be joining this conference and be the keynote speaker,” says O’Leary.

With the theme “Moving Michigan Forward,” the conference will spotlight policies and partnerships that are driving investment and revitalization across the state.

Attendees will gain insight into major developments, new capital strategies, and market trends from the C-suite and government leaders shaping them.

“The energy in Michigan right now is real — and this conference is where relationships are built, capital is raised, and deals get done,” says Derek Dickow, founder of Power Connections and conference chairman.

Key sponsors include Mercury Lighting and Sound, Signal Restoration, eTitle, Farbman Group, Ronnisch Construction, and Citizens State Bank.
