NEW YORK (PIX11) – Mayor Eric Adams is expected to sign the City of Yes plan into law after it passed a City Council vote.
The plan is meant to address the housing crisis. Housing advocate Shams Dabaron, who used to be homeless, gives insight on how the City of Yes will impact New Yorkers who need it the most.
