FARMINGTON, Arkansas — A Dallas real estate investment company paid $31.8 million for a portfolio of duplexes and condominiums in Farmington.

Brazos Residential, through its Brazos Cedar Crest LLC subsidiary, bought 38 duplexes and 12 condos in the Cedar Crest subdivision. Brazos is led by managing partner and co-founder William Hancock.

The group of residences, which totals 148 units, is just off Broyles Street and located on four separate streets within a loop. There is also a community pool within the development area, which is across the street from Pop Williams Elementary School.
