Prime Minister Mark Carney has promised to “supercharge” home construction through Build Canada Homes, a new federal agency.
Beginning with 4,000 homes on six federally owned sites, the $13-billion Build Canada Homes housing plan unveiled Sept. 14 aims to support the creation of 500,000 homes per year for middle class Canadians.
Build Canada Homes will get the housing supply up, so your costs come down.
