Additionally, the raised funds will support large-scale real estate developments in Indore, including projects designed by architect Sanjay Puri.

MicroMitti has also launched a U.S. arm, MicroMitti Inc., aiming to expand its global presence and attract international investors. The firm’s assets under management (AUM) now stand at ₹700 crore, boosted by land contributions from investors.

The company is working with partners like JLL, Sanjay Puri, and leading law firms to ensure high standards across its projects, which include commercial hubs like CyberCity and residential developments like the Selene Residential Tower.

With a projected asset sale value of ₹2,500 crore over the next 3-5 years, MicroMitti is positioning itself as a significant player in India’s Proptech and real estate markets.
