That’s the case for the estate at 1906 Jonesville Road in Simpsonville, a 2003 build reimagined by a million-dollar renovation project.

An 11,000-square-foot home in the Cliffs Valley development near Travelers Rest has been listed for $6.25 million.

Built in 2004, the five-bedroom home at 16 High Bluff Court sits on 9.69 acres and is perched on a ridge that offers expansive views of the Upstate from two rows of covered porches that line the rear of the house. The dining room features a hand-painted coffered ceiling, the kitchen was remodeled in 2021 to include an eight-burner cooktop and other high-end appliances and an outdoor grilling kitchen was added off one patio.

An all-brick home with five bedrooms in the Parkins Mill area of Greenville has been listed for $2.39 million.

Built in 2002, the 6,131-square-foot home at 2114 Cleveland St. Extension sits on a 1.08-acre lot. Inside, the home features tall ceilings and crown molding, a large kitchen with ample seating and cabinetry and an office on the main level complete with wood paneling and built-in shelving. The primary suite is also on the main level, and features two walk-in closets as well as a recently renovated spa-like bathroom.

GGAR welcomes Hopkins, Mullinax

The Greater Greenville Association of Realtors recently announced that Peggy Hopkins has joined as MLS administrator, and Jennifer Mullinax has been hired to lead member engagement. Hopkins has been a licensed Realtor since 2002, has extensive experience in marketing and membership sales and previously served as a general manager. In her new role at GGAR, she will assist members with all MLS needs and offer support through her industry knowledge and leadership.

Mullinax is a former MLS staff member and is returning to the GGAR family. Her expanded skills and experience will help her serve and support members more effectively.

Spasyuk headlines new agent hires

Coldwell Banker Caine has welcomed Irina Spasyuk to its Greenville office, leading recent agent hires among Upstate firms.

Spasyuk brings a background in real estate investing, which began with live-in flips and evolved into a portfolio of Airbnb and long-term rentals.

Originally from Seattle, Spasyuk also owns the interior design consultation company Modern Oak Designs. “We’re thrilled to welcome Irina Spasyuk to the Caine family,” said Amanda Hamet, president of Coldwell Banker Caine. “Her investment experience, design expertise and client care bring tremendous value to our team and the clients she serves.”

Colliers’ Tollison earns SIOR title

Bailey Tollison of the Greenville office of the commercial real estate firm Colliers South Carolina recently earned the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors designation, the company announced.

The SIOR designation is awarded to real estate professionals in recognition of their knowledge, experience and proven successes in the markets they serve. To receive the designation, professionals must meet specific requirements, including recognition by developers, lenders and investors, a high level of transactional production and meeting SIOR’s education and strong ethical requirements.

Tollison is a vice president in Colliers’s Greenville office, specializing in office leasing and investment sales. Working on a team with Taylor Allen, he has completed more than $400 million worth of transactions while at Colliers.

The company behind the Hartness neighborhood on Greenville’s Eastside has launched an all-electric landscaping business called ElectroScapes.

Launched by Hartness Development, ElectroScapes is a division of Hartness Grounds, which services the Hartness mixed-use urban village. The company brings eco-conscious landscape care to residential, commercial and neighborhood association properties.

“We believe in a less disruptive, cleaner solution for neighbors. Our goal is to make a difference in the community and provide the highest standard of landscaping to everyone in Greenville County,” said James Garlington, general manager of ElectroScapes and director of grounds at Hartness Development. By replacing gas-powered tools with battery-powered alternatives, ElectroScapes eliminates emissions and greatly reduces noise pollution.

The company offers services including eco-friendly lawn care, turf and ornamental maintenance, fine gardening, enhancements, irrigation solutions and landscape design.
