Vardhman Amrante, the real estate venture of the Oswal Group, plans to invest Rs 1,350 crore in Punjab over the next three years, with projects in Ludhiana, Bathinda and other “high-growth regions” of the state.

The investment would be distributed across segments such as commercial, residential, hospitality and industrial, Oswal Group CMD Adish Oswal said at a press conference in New Delhi on May 5.

“Our vision goes beyond building spaces; we aim to craft destinations that reflect the bold aspirations of a new Punjab,” Oswal said.

The company is committed to redefining the region’s urban blueprint over the next decade through high-end residential and commercial developments, setting new benchmarks for quality and innovation, he said.

“…we aspire to establish Vardhman Amrante as the most preferred and trusted real estate brand in Punjab,” he said.

The company adopts a diversified approach to bolster Punjab’s economic development, service sector expansion, and infrastructure growth. This investment is backed by the group’s strong financial position and long-term commitment to the region’s growth, he said.

Launched in 2014 by the Oswal Group, Vardhman Amrante is the first organised and professional real estate firm based in Ludhiana, the company claimed.

The company plans to launch commercial high street and retail projects along with residential townships across different locations in Punjab with a special focus on Ludhiana.

Vardhman Amrante will also launch a hospitality project in the city.

It has, so far, delivered 1.5 million square feet of residential space in the form of “villas” and plots in Ludhiana. It is also working on a commercial project, which would be ready in 2026.
