Real estate investment in Ireland reached €2.4 billion in 2024, with retail the standout performer, a new report has shown.
The global real estate company JLL, which is led by chief executive John Moran in Ireland, unveiled new research which found that while the total investment volume last year was 30 per cent higher than the level seen in 2023, the figure is still 42.7 per cent below the ten-year annual average.
