South Euclid council legislation paves the way for Rochling to buy more property, expand

SOUTH EUCLID, Ohio — Rochling Industrial Cleveland is looking to again expand in South Euclid, and now it has the land to do so.

City Council, on Tuesday (Oct. 15), approved legislation that will convey an approximately seven-acre property adjacent to the Rochling property, 4321 Glenridge Road, from the city’s ownership, to that of community development corporation One South Euclid.
