DWS Investments U.K. appoints CEO

Jessica Hardman was named CEO of DWS Investments U.K., a spokeswoman confirmed.

Ms. Hardman, subject to regulatory approvals, will head the firm’s U.K. operations in addition to her current role as head of European portfolio management and head of U.K. real estate group.

She also will join DWS’ global leadership team as well as its investment leadership team.

Ms. Hardman replaces Nikitas Psyllakis, previous head of U.K., who left the firm. Mr. Psyllakis could not be immediately reached to comment about his next appointment.

In her expanded role, Ms. Hardman will also work directly with DWS’ clients and local regulators and will also focus on the impact of the firm’s diversity, equity and inclusion strategy.

DWS Group had €841 billion ($914.6 billion) in assets under management as of March 31.
