Kelly Brook has undergone a health transformation in the last five years, dropping two stone and four dress sizes. Model and presenter Kelly, who is actually Kelly Parisi after marrying model husband Jeremy in 2022, recently showed off her new figure in a bikini on holiday.
The 44-year-old is a proud ambassador for SlimFast and credits the plan for her impressive weight management milestone, having trimmed down from a size 16 to a size 12. Reflecting on her past battles with weight fluctuation during the 2010s, she told the Mirror: “I wasn’t feeling happy in my body. I wanted to lose weight, and now I’ve lost it. I’m maintaining it and feel really good.”

She vividly recalls the embarrassment at an event in 2017 when a photographer told her to “breathe in”, a moment that vividly highlighted the pressures of media scrutiny. Within twelve months, Kelly started her weight loss journey with SlimFast, shedding 2st and four dress sizes.
She had a committed approach, saying: “I was quite strict initially to lose the two stone.”
Now focused on maintenance, she incorporates the brand’s low-calorie recipe options into her routine, favouring dishes such as the Greek lamb burger, and occasionally substitutes lunch with a SlimFast shake.
Despite being trolled over her body and her work with SlimFast, she said confidently: “I know that when I’m healthy – fuelling my body right and doing exercise regularly – I feel happier, I’m more fun to be around. Being body confident has nothing to do with reaching a certain size or being able to fit into a particular item of clothes.”
She added: “It’s being happy and content with the people who know and love you and feeling happy and healthy. True body confidence comes from within.”
Her husband has been incredibly supportive. She shared: “We both want to be the best version of ourselves. I don’t give him tips, but he does pinch my shakes because he likes that they have 14g of protein in them.”
She also receives support from her podcast co-host, rapper Big Narstie, 38. She reveals: “We had loads of fun doing our Life Gains podcast and having a knockabout in the boxing ring. He gave me some boxing tips.”
Exercise is a crucial part of Kelly’s new lifestyle. She walks her dog Teddy – a Cavapoo, half Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, half poodle – for up to two hours every day.
Kelly and Jeremy consider Teddy as an integral part of their family. Kelly says: “We like to go on long walks together with Teddy. That’s one of our favourite things to do together.”
Kelly has been open about learning to “embrace the changes” as she gets older, but admitted that it’s “tricky”.
“I’m not trying to hold on to the body of my 21-year-old self, I’ve got to embrace that it’s different,” she said. “It’s tricky, though; I was trying a dress on in a shop the other day, and, you know, 20 years ago, I’d be able to put anything on and feel fabulous.
“But now my boobs aren’t as high as they once were; I’ve got fat rolls on my back, and this and that – but I just embrace it. I do think we can be too hard on ourselves, though. I’ve learned, especially training for the London Marathon, I just want to be fit and strong. I’m no longer into looking a certain way. I just want my body to work and be able to do amazing things.”
She added: “Feeling fit and healthy comes from looking after yourself. Jeremy and I are really good with what we put in our bodies. We make all our own meals, hardly eat out and never really get takeaways.
“We’re disciplined on that front and Jeremy doesn’t even drink alcohol – I’d love to say that’s the case for me,” she laughed.
