  1. Sue Radford, the 50-year-old mum of 22 known from 22 Kids and Counting—has recently shared how she’s lost a significant amount of weight (around two stone, or about 12–13 kg) and feels much healthier and more confident now.
  2. She has credited her weight loss primarily to switching away from unhealthy eating. The mum said she had previously “put on so much weight just eating rubbish food” and felt “awful,” but by focusing on healthier food choices she was able to change that.
  3. Sue has been more active, sharing gym posts and mentioning things like running and workouts alongside her regular daily routine (housework, errands, etc.). Her recent social posts highlight a commitment to regular exercise as part of her lifestyle.
  4. In a recent Instagram post, Sue shared the two exercises that helped her drop dress sizes. She said: “Did 30 minutes on the treadmill, burned off 207 calories. Did 15 minutes on the StairMaster today. I’m aiming for 20 minutes tomorrow.” Following this, Sue said spent around 25 minutes having a hydromassage, which helps to reduce stress, improve circulation, and aid muscle recovery.
  5. Although some trolls online speculated (without evidence) that she might have used weight-loss injections, Sue hasn’t confirmed any use of medications and hasn’t attributed her transformation to them. Instead, she emphasises effort, healthier eating, and exercise.
  6. Sue says she’s now back in the “eight stone bracket,” has had to size down clothes, and feels much better physically and mentally after the weight change. In short, her weight loss appears to be the result of sustained lifestyle changes (diet and fitness) rather than a single miracle method.
  7. Fans recently mistook Sue for her daughter Sophie as she shared a photo of herself on the family Instagram page wearing a black gym set while posing in front of the mirror. One fan exlaimed, “I thought this was Sophie for a second!:”, while user added: “Thought you were one of the girls… Well done, Sue.”
