Intel, Boeing share losses contribute to Dow's 88-point drop

DOW UPDATE

The Dow Jones Industrial Average is declining Monday morning with shares of Intel and Boeing facing the biggest declines for the blue-chip average. The Dow was most recently trading 88 points (0.3%) lower, as shares of Intel and Boeing are contributing to the blue-chip gauge’s intraday decline. Intel’s shares are off $0.85 (2.7%) while those of Boeing are down $4.37 (2.1%), combining for an approximately 34-point drag on the Dow. Other components contributing significantly to the decline include Caterpillar Salesforce and JPMorgan Chase A $1 move in any one of the 30 components of the benchmark results in a 6.59-point swing.
