Lizzo just made a dazzling public appearance.

On Saturday, Sept. 13, the “Truth Hurts” singer, 37, stepped out in a glittering, form-fitting gown at the star-studded Canelo Álvarez vs. Terence Crawford Netflix Live Event at Las Vegas’ Allegiant Stadium. She paired the pastel, ruched dress — adorned, head-to-toe, with rhinestone-like crystal embellishments — with a chunky, silver necklace and fur boa, which she draped across her arms.

For makeup, the star rocked a blushed glam that complemented her red tresses, which she styled in a wavy, side-parted style.

The star also added a fun pair of sparkling glasses to the ensemble as she posed for photos with pal SZA. Nobody Wants This stars Adam Brody and Timothy Simons were photographed sitting behind the music duo.

Lizzo’s latest public appearance comes amid her ongoing health journey, which the star has publicly documented and discussed, both on social media and in interviews.

Also on Saturday, she shared a before-and-after video of herself dancing in activewear to her song “IDGAS,” a track from her new album My Face Still Hurts from Smiling, to show off her weight loss.

“Somebody told me ‘thank you for giving me a safe space to celebrate my health journey wins’ 🥲,” the star wrote in the caption of the transformation video. “All I wanna do is inspire people to enjoy their bodies no matter what.”

The day before sharing the video and stepping out for the fight the star also made a stylish appearance at New York Fashion Week. The singer showcased her recent weight loss in a sheer corset bodysuit at Christian Siriano’s Spring/Summer 2026 runway show in New York City.

As she enjoyed the designer’s presentation from the front row — she sat right next to the runway beside stars including Oprah Winfrey, Whoopi Goldberg and Gayle King  — Lizzo paired the look with a pair of strappy, high-heeled sandals, and rocked a soft glam makeup and a sleek red hairstyle.

Earlier this year, the “About Damn Time” musician revealed that she completed her “weight release goal” in January. More recently, she opened up about how she uses fitness to improve her mental health as well as her physical health.

In a cover story for Women’s Health for its July issue, Lizzo said she likes how she looks now. “I still think I’m big,” she told the outlet. “I’m still wearing plus-size clothing. I have the same rolls. I got the same belly, the same thighs — I think I’m just a smaller version.”

“Body positivity has nothing to do with staying the same,” the star continued. “Body positivity is the radical act of daring to exist loudly and proudly in a society that told you you shouldn’t exist.”

Like several other stars, speculation that Lizzo used Ozempic (or a similar GLP-1 medication) to lose weight has followed her throughout her fitness journey. She previously admitted that she’s “tried everything” to lose weight, but has repeatedly denied claims of long-term use of medication.

The star also addresses the claims in “IDGAS,” rapping: “What you gonna say? I throw ass on the ‘net for attention. What you gonna say? I lost weight. Let me guess, is that Ozempic?”
