Nicholas Perry, better known as Nikocado Avocado, is a Ukrainian-born American internet celebrity and YouTuber known for his mukbang videos. Couple of months ago, he shocked everyone after he dropped a video flaunting his transformation.

Surprisingly, he kept on working on his weight loss journey while consistently maintaining upload schedule by sharing pre-recorded content. He shared his weight loss transformation in a video titled “Two Steps Ahead,” where the 32-year-old admitted to his prank and shared details of his journey.

Netizens were impressed by Perry’s ability to maintain his channel while working on his health in private, and his dedication to his fans.

Brian Nianh, an influencer, took to X (erstwhile Twitter) shared the Youtuber’s story and his fat loss journey and also revealed what you can learn from it.

“He began uploading videos of himself eating large meals. At first, everything seemed normal. But over time, the meals became larger and unhealthier…The result? He gained weight. The community was shocked,” Nianh shared.

The influencer also revealed that Perry’s personality also became “weirder” over time. “He kept gaining weight. But that was all part of his plan,” the X user revealed.

“In September 2024, he uploaded a new video titled “Two Steps Ahead.” And it revealed the truth: This was all a social experiment,” he added.

Here’s how Nikocado Avocado lost all his weight:

He stopped eating so much

“You can train like an animal. But if you don’t cut down on your meals, you won’t lose any fat. Start in small steps by skipping breakfast, a snack, or eating just 50% of your pizza,” Nianh said.

No loose skin

Although Perry hasn’t disclosed how he has no loose skin, Nianh believes he either followed something like David Goggins’ approach. “Which involves training with super high reps and less weight. Or he underwent a medical procedure,” he said.

Motivation

Since this was all planned, he knew he had to lose weight to fulfill his plan. “A “why” is necessary to succeed,” Nianh said.
