Brain Matters: Signs that brain fog could be something more serious

RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – Dr. Randall Gates from Gates Brain Health stopped by Morning Break to discuss what is brain fog and what causes it.

He shared how brain fog could be a sign of something more serious like Hashimoto’s, Insulin Resistance and Mast Cell Activation Syndrome.

Often times brain fog leads to forgetfulness and the inability to remember things, but its not necessarily a sign you will develop dementia. Dr. Gates explained ho to tell the difference between brain fog and dementia using dementia and TBI reports.
