Winter weather and busy schedules can derail fitness routines fast. As part of a wellness series, a Chicago fitness coach is encouraging people to reset their habits with a simple, at-home workout.
Coach Mikey Achramowicz of StackWins Performance, joined by his wife and assistant Anna, shared a 21-minute routine requiring no gym and no equipment. The focus is on easy movements, using everyday items, and progress over perfection.
Achramowicz says even doing part of the workout counts – proving that a small reset can make a big difference.
