“It is good for everyone,” the businesswoman said, noting that husband Jared Kushner and their sons — Joseph, 11, and Theodore, 8 — also train.

“It’s almost like a moving meditation because the movements are so micro,” the blue belt said. “It’s like three-dimensional chess.

“It’s fun,” she continued, adding that the practice “combines physical movements and philosophy in an amazing way.”

The former reality star noted that when she served as a senior advisor during dad Donald Trump’s presidency, her workouts consisted of “going on a weekly run with Jared on Saturday mornings or chasing the kids around the house in the evenings.”

While she “didn’t have much of a regimen before,” Ivanka added that she now “want[s] to exercise every day.”

She said, “I want to resistance train. I want to eat well. So knowing I want to do those things and knowing those are best done for me in the morning, that’s … part of my day and how I choose to allocate and prioritize my time.”

While Ivanka started consistently doing yoga and Pilates when she moved to Miami in 2021, she “gradually” moved to resistance and weight training and saw a “massive difference” in her body once she “married” that with protein.

“I got stronger. I got leaner,” she gushed.

Ivanka explained that she sticks to “simple stuff” in the gym, including “pushes, pulls, hinges [and] deadlifts.”

Ivanka is also a fan of morning walks and ocean swims.

Elsewhere on the podcast, she opened up about stepping back from politics despite Donald’s recent presidential win to “prioritize” her family.
