3 workout tools you can use at home to assist your fitness journey

Working out at home can be much easier if you have the proper tools to accompany you during your sweat sessions.

In Tuesday’s episode of “Unang Hirit,” online fat loss coach Rafael Martinez recommended three fitness tools you can buy that are handy if you exercise at home.

Rafael said these tools are perfect for busy individuals who can only afford to do home exercises instead of going to the gym or other fitness studios.

Here are the three tools the fitness coach recommended:

Waist Twister

The waist twister is used to engage core muscles, specifically the abs.

To use it, Rafael instructed to hold the bands, position yourself well with the chest out, raise your arms slightly for balance, and do the twisting.

You can do this exercise for 12 reps.

Adjustable push-up board

The adjustable push-up board is used to assist you when doing push-up exercises. The different colors correspond to different angles and intensities.

You can do this exercise for four sets of 10 reps.

Air climber

Rafael said the air climber benefits those looking to burn more calories in their workout routine. To use it, secure your feet in the pedals and step up with one foot and then the other, imitating a climbing motion.
