Alzheimer's Association conducts brain health study

CHICAGO (WLS) — September is World Alzheimer’s Month, and we’re helping families and caregivers to learn more about how they can help people living with the disease.

Olivia Matongo from the Illinois Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association joined ABC7 to talk about a new study.

Matongo talked about the Pointer Study on how to protect brain health and the kind of cognitive exercises people should engage in.
