Starting Jan. 5, subscribers will be able to enjoy the latest workout programs designed to help you get back into an exercise routine, as well as a couple of new Time to Walk episodes, guest trainers and artist spotlights.

Apple’s popular workout platform added digital dubbing to its classes in December, allowing members to take classes in Spanish, German and Japanese, which expanded its targeted audience.

For the new year, members will be able to enjoy four new workout programs:

The Strength Basics in 3 Weeks: This program launches Jan. 12 and is designed to help users learn the fundamentals of strength training if they’re new or returning to the exercise. It includes three workouts per week, focusing on different body parts each week so that you learn the exercise technique and form.

Back-to-Back Strength and HIIT: The Back-to-Back Strength and HIIT program offers three 20-minute workouts, pairing these two popular workout types together for 10 minutes of strength and 10 minutes of HIIT. You’ll be able to enjoy these workouts three times per week for three weeks.

Build a Yoga Habit in 4 Weeks: This program is designed for individuals who want to incorporate yoga into their fitness routine more regularly. They’ll have access to two 10-minute flows each week.

Additionally, members will have help remaining consistent by having the option to create a more personalized experience with scheduled, premade, custom plans. These plans will allow members to program their workout days, preferred form of workouts, workout length, favorite music and trainers.
