Lauren Sanchez looked smashing during her wedding with Jeff Bezos in Venice with all their A-lister celebrity friends in attendance. While Bezos—one of the richest men in the world—was well photographed, all eyes were on the 55-year-old bride, who wore a Dolce and Gabbana dress that made her look amazing.

The mom-of-two has had a busy and professional career that included the positions of journalist, host, anchor, author, and philanthropist. However, along with pursuing and achieving her professional dreams, Sanchez-Bezos manages to maintain a hot and healthy physique. Here’s how.

The American journalist is deeply committed to staying physically fit and active, besides juggling shoots and taking care of her kids.

Lauren’s health regimen is a blend of clean eating along with a disciplined workout schedule. Her mornings begin with a protein-rich breakfast that includes egg whites, sliced avocado, and black coffee – which she says gives her energy, supports muscle recovery, and strengthens her heart health.

Lauren is also a fan of Pilates. “Pilates changed my body,” she said in an earlier interview. “I used to run marathons, and I was never as fit and toned as I am now.” She credits much of her transformation to trainer Saul Choza, whose studio offers a mix of mat and reformer Pilates. “I’m indebted to him forever because my ass has lifted,” she joked.

Apart from increasing your core strength, Pilates helps flexibility, boosts energy and mood, and prevents injuries, as it combines intentional movement, concentration, breathing, and balance. To boost her endurance, Lauren says she also enjoys hiking and spends at least 45 minutes on zone 1-2 hikes, which enhance cardiovascular fitness without overexertion.

Lauren works out at the gym regularly. She had once shared a video on Instagram, where she revealed all the exercises included in her twenty-minute workout with her trainer. “I only had 20 minutes to work out before taking the kids to school. Wes Okerson (trainer) said it was enough time. He was right. Here it is,” she wrote. The workout included:
  • Nordic hamstring curls
  • Step-up knee drives
  • Thrusters
  • Bench step-overs

Her arm workouts specifically include dumbbell press, barbell bench press, dips on parallel bars, and cable pull-din repetitive sets arranged by her trainer.
