Investment in commercial property has fallen to its lowest level since 2013, according to new figures.

Statistics from BNP Paribas, the property consultants, show that a total of €161.7 million of investment property was traded in 20 transactions in the first quarter of 2024, leaving an average of €8.1 million per deal.
